Bellbird Essential’s Terms and Conditions

How much will delivery cost for my order?

Bellbird Essential’s deliveries are via Australia Post. The cost of delivery goes by weight of the order as per Australia Posts scheduling.

Calculation of the weight is conducted as per items ordered through the checkout.

Prices for each item is in Australian dollars (AUD)

Delivery times to expect

Delivery times will be as per Australia Post schedules as circumstances permit.

Usual expected times are based on Australia Post’s regular post service generally between 2 – 10 business days arrival depending on the delivery address postcode and location.

Metro area deliveries should be received within 5 working days.

Regional area deliveries should be received within 10 working days.

Australia Post will be able to provide further updates on delivery times if necessary.

Orders will be compiled as soon as payment is received and stock consideration.

A tracking number will be provided to the customer upon order being sent.

The customer will be notified within 3 days if an item ordered is out of stock or is not able to be filled for some reason with a likely availability date or an alternative action suggested.

Delivery of every item ordered may vary due to availability, Weekends and Public Holidays.

Refunds & Returns

We want our customers to be satisfied with product purchases.

We ask you to check that the order has been fulfilled as per the product requested upon delivery.

If you find any products faulty or incorrectly supplied notify us at Bellbird Essentials within 5 days of receipt of order.

If the customer delays beyond 5 days to notify Bellbird Essentials, this may result in your claim being rejected.

Please note ALL products are made by hand in small batches and are 100% natural so each product may vary slightly in appearance, texture, and smell.

Bellbird Essentials packaging may change from time to time however the quantity and the quality of the product will not be compromised so this will no way affect the product usability and will not be a reason for returns.

To be able to claim a refund or exchange, please contact us at b ellbirdessentials@bigpond.com or phone 0429693071 before returning products.

Any products agreed eligible to be returned to Bellbird Essentials will need to be in the original packaging and unopened.

Customers will be responsible for the returning delivery charges and once Bellbird Essentials receives the returned items in full customers will be reimbursed within 30 days.

Due to the intimate use of the products no used products will be accepted for return or refund.
